Keep your account safe

BaghBani support is not an emergency service. Use the appropriate local emergency or public authority channel for an immediate safety risk.

Booking changes and refunds

Send your booking reference and requested change to support. The admin team reviews cancellations, rescheduling and refunds individually; submitting a request does not cancel a booking or guarantee a refund.

For privacy questions, read the privacy policy. To delete a BaghBani account without using the app, use the public account-deletion pathway.
